Kotipysäkki – tietosuojaseloste

Lyhyesti

Kotipysäkki näyttää seuraavat ratikat kahden valitsemasi pysäkin välillä. Sovelluksessa ei ole tilejä, kirjautumista, mainoksia, analytiikkaa tai seurantaa, eikä siinä ole kolmansien osapuolten koodia. Kehittäjä (Rubicon) ei vastaanota, tallenna eikä näe mitään tietoa sinusta.

Mitä tallennetaan

• Tallentamasi reitit (pysäkkien nimet ja tunnisteet) pysyvät vain puhelimessasi. Sovellus ja kotinäytön widget käyttävät samoja reittejä.
• Koska reitit ovat puhelimessa, ne voivat päätyä puhelimen omaan varmuuskopioon (iCloud tai tietokone).
• Kun poistat sovelluksen, tallennetut reitit poistuvat.

Mitä lähetetään verkkoon

Sovellus ja widget hakevat tiedot HSL:n ja Digitransitin avoimista palveluista:

• Reittihaku (api.digitransit.fi): pysäkkien, linjojen ja vuorojen tunnisteet sekä pysäkkihakuun kirjoittamasi teksti. Kun valitset haussa paikan, palvelulle lähetetään kyseisen paikan koordinaatit. Oma sijaintisi ei lähde mihinkään.
• Paikka- ja osoitehaku (api.digitransit.fi): hakukenttään kirjoittamasi teksti, rajattuna Helsingin alueelle.
• Ratikoiden sijainnit (mqtt.hsl.fi): sovellus tilaa sen linjan ja suunnan sijaintitiedot, jota katsot, ja palvelu näkee tämän. Muuta sovellus ei lähetä.

Pyynnöissä on sovellusta tunnistava rajapinta-avain. Se ei tunnista sinua. Palvelut näkevät IP-osoitteesi kuten kaikki verkkosivut, ja ne voivat pitää lokia. Palveluja ylläpitävät HSL ja Digitransit omien käytäntöjensä mukaan. Kehittäjä ei saa, tallenna eikä näe näitä tietoja.

Mitä ei tehdä

• Sovellus ei käytä sijaintiasi eikä pyydä puhelimeltasi mitään lupia.
• Ei tilejä, mainoksia, analytiikkaa eikä seurantaa.
• Ei kolmansien osapuolten koodia.

Kuka näkee mitä?

• Kehittäjä ei näe, kuka sovellusta käyttää tai mitä siinä teet. Kehittäjällä ei ole palvelinta, käyttäjätilejä eikä analytiikkaa.
• Kehittäjä voi nähdä vain nimettömiä kokonaisuuksia: Applen antamia tilastoja (esimerkiksi latausmäärät, ja kaatumisraportteja vain, jos olet sallinut niiden jakamisen puhelimen asetuksissa) sekä mahdollisesti sovelluksen rajapinta-avaimen kokonaiskäytön. Niistä sinua ei voi tunnistaa.
• HSL ja Digitransit näkevät pyyntösi (IP-osoite, hakuteksti, seuraamasi linja) kuten kaikki verkkopalvelut.

Verkkosivusto

Tämä sivusto on pelkkä staattinen sivu: ei evästeitä, skriptejä eikä analytiikkaa. Sivuston palveluntarjoaja voi tallentaa tavallisia palvelinlokeja (IP-osoite ja kellonaika).

Lapset ja oikeutesi

Sovellus ei ole suunnattu lapsille, eikä se kerää tietoja keneltäkään. Kehittäjä ei kerää tai käsittele sovelluksessa henkilötietoja (GDPR), joten kehittäjällä ei ole mitään, mitä voisit pyytää nähtäväksi tai poistettavaksi. Katso kolmansien palvelujen osalta niiden omat tietosuojakäytännöt.

Kotipysäkki – privacy policy

In short

Kotipysäkki shows the next trams between two stops you choose. The app has no accounts, no login, no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and it contains no third-party code. The developer (Rubicon) does not receive, store or see any data about you.

What is stored

• Your saved routes (stop names and stop ids) stay only on your phone. The app and the home screen widget use the same routes.
• Because the routes are on your phone, they can end up in your phone's own backups (iCloud or a computer).
• When you delete the app, the saved routes are deleted.

What is sent over the internet

The app and the widget fetch data from the open services of HSL and Digitransit:

• Route search (api.digitransit.fi): ids of stops, lines and trips, and the text you type into the stop search. When you pick a place in the search, the map coordinates of that place are sent. Your own location is never sent.
• Place and address search (api.digitransit.fi): the text you type into the search box, limited to the Helsinki area.
• Live tram positions (mqtt.hsl.fi): the app subscribes to the line and direction you are watching, and the service can see this. The app sends nothing else.

The requests carry an API key that identifies the app. It does not identify you. These services see your IP address like any website does, and they may keep logs. They are run by HSL and Digitransit under their own policies. The developer does not receive, store or see any of this.

What the app does not do

• It does not use your location and asks your phone for no permissions.
• No accounts, ads, analytics or tracking.
• No third-party code.

Who can see what?

• The developer cannot see who uses the app or what you do in it. The developer has no server, no user accounts and no analytics.
• The developer may see only anonymous totals: statistics provided by Apple (for example download counts, and crash reports only if you chose to share them in your phone's settings) and possibly the overall use of the app's API key. None of it can identify you.
• HSL and Digitransit see your requests (IP address, search text, the line you watch) like any online service does.

This website

This site is a plain static page: no cookies, scripts or analytics. The hosting provider may keep ordinary server logs (IP address and time).

Children and your rights

The app is not directed at children and collects nothing from anyone. The developer does not collect or process personal data in the app (GDPR), so there is nothing on the developer's side for you to access or delete. For the third-party services, see their own privacy policies.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
